A recruitment counselor, or also known as a Pi Chi (ΠΧ) is a sorority woman who gave up her letters to be unbiased and help all PNMs find their new home. These women are there to answer any questions/concerns you may have through out the entire week of recruitment. She will be there while you make your decision each night and is a guidance for your recruitment journey.
